Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative with Experience and good Knowledge of Middle east market to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products/services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
- Highly organised with strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive drive to achieve targets and contribute positively to team goals.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
