Technical Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and a strong command of office software, including QuickBooks and Google Suite. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining efficient office processes, managing communications, and assisting with clerical tasks.

Duties

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a well-organised work environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all records are up to date.
  • Support the Procurement, Sales and Development team.
  • Coordinate Technically about orders and projects
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline Technical Process of Orders

Experience

  • Proven experience in an Mechanical or Technical background
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications.
  • Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
