We only collect information you choose to send us through the forms on this website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Cookies

This website sets two kinds of cookie:

• Essential cookies — bso_session and XSRF-TOKEN. These keep your session working and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. The site cannot function without them, so they are not optional.
• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to measure visits and page views. You can block these through your browser settings or by using Google's opt-out add-on.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people reach the site. This places cookies on your device and shares usage data with Google, which may process it outside the United Kingdom. Google's own privacy policy explains how they handle it.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only where we need to:

• our hosting and email providers, who store the data on our behalf;
• Google, for the analytics described above;
• professional advisers, or authorities, where the law requires it.

Every provider acting on our behalf is bound to use the data only for the purpose we set.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: kept while we deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
• CVs and applications: kept for the recruitment process, and longer only if you agree to stay on file.
• Agent applications: kept for the duration of any resulting relationship, and for as long as we are required to keep business records afterwards.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong, or complete it if it is incomplete;
• delete it, where there is no longer a reason for us to keep it;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• transfer it to another organisation;
• withdraw consent, where we relied on consent.

8. Keeping it secure

The site is served over HTTPS and access to submitted data is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

9. Other websites

Our pages link to sites we do not run. This policy does not cover them, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top.
